In 2011, our family of five—Shelly, Eugene, our three children, Yuval, Guy, and Alon, along with our faithful dog, Taiga—arrived in Canada with ten suitcases and a dream. We began our real estate journey modestly, buying and renovating properties ourselves. In 2010, we built our first duplex on vacant land, a milestone that ignited our passion for creating homes and opportunities.

Shelly’s knack for connecting with people led her to become a full-time real estate agent, and by 2015, she earned her broker’s license, specializing in residential and multi-residential properties. Her warmth and expertise became the cornerstone of our business. Meanwhile, Eugene left his mechanical engineering career in 2018 to manage our growing portfolio, bringing dedication and care to every property we own.

As our family grew, so did our ambitions. In 2014, we purchased a second rental duplex and added a legal unit to maximize its potential. By 2018, we took on a challenging 160-year-old, 29-unit multi-residential and mixed-use property that needed significant work.

Over the next five years, we transformed it, not only improving the building but also enhancing the quality of life for our tenants and supporting local businesses, thus making a meaningful impact in the community.

With 15 years of real estate experience across diverse markets, we felt ready to expand. In 2025, we entered the U.S. market, collaborating with private investors to take our business further. Today, our company—run by Shelly, Eugene, Yuval, and Guy—remains a family effort, grounded in trust, hard work, and a commitment to helping others.

When we’re not working, you’ll find us outdoors, hiking, canoeing quiet lakes, or exploring in our motorhome, cherishing time with family and nature. Real estate is our craft, but family is our heart. We’re driven to create a legacy that reflects our values—connection, perseverance, care, honesty, and the joy of turning dreams into reality.
